Wyvern Academy operates a two-week timetable (Week A and Week B), covering Monday to Friday of each week. All students are expected on site by 0840. Lessons end at 1445.

The Co-Curricular timetable runs from 1445 until 1530 on Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week. In order that Year 7 students experience all aspects of the co-curricular timetable, this timetable is compulsory to them. It is expected that all Year 8-10 students attend.
